I have headed learning and development teams in several organisations including NHS Trusts, Ports and Electricity Supply.
My experience in organisational development and learning spans 3 decades.
I was born in Malawi, and spent my formative years in Birmingham, Papua New Guinea, London, Wales and Suffolk.
Ethnically I stem from India and Siri Lanka on my Mother's side and Russia, Poland and Rumania on my Father's (an unlikely heriatge).

I was an on-call fire fighter for my village in Suffolk for 13 years. In response to the Covid crisis, I supported paramedics at the East of England Ambulance Service by driving ambulances which was a humbling and inspiring experience (and let's be honest blue-lighting an ambulance is definitely a thrill!).

· Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Now FCIPD)
· BSc Psychology with Derby University
