I cut my managerial and leadership teeth heading up learning and development departments in several NHS trusts for a decade.
The health service remains very close to my heart and I am thrilled to be able to continue working with trusts across the country.
I have a deep knowledge of the NHS, its foibles challenges and brilliance. I come armed with examples of how individuals and teams working in highly pressurised environments can pull together and drive positive change for the patients.
Recent work (2021/2022) includes:

A three day service improvement programme for 10 wards in a specialist mental health trust.
A team building programme for medicines matrons looking at driving forward and empowered matron role.
Delivering a keynote conference speech at the HEFMA 22 forum (Health Estates and Facilities Management Association) talking about empowering NHS teams and how to do it.
