What luck to be able to do what I do. I often have to pinch myself! People and people in organisations are endlessly fascinating and eternally inspiring. The premise for all my work is that human beings need to feel valued. It is a fundamental motivator that drives behaviour and performance. People and organisations are complex and sometimes the gears can grind. My job is to help you find the right oil to free the cogs and create a workplace in which people thrive.
From the get go I will create a safe platform for you and your staff to create an open, reflective, challenging and mutually supportive learning environment. I believe that learning is a serious business which happens fully when you are at ease and having fun. “Serious fun” if you like.
I will always begin by listening. I will have detailed, searching and sometimes challenging conversations with you to learn what you, your team and your business do with excellence and what your aims for learning are. Only then will I propose options that are the best fit for you and your people.
My bespoke programmes revolve around the building and maintenance of healthy interpersonal relationships. Whether you are looking for training in leadership, building team excellence or performance coaching (see programme examples page for a fuller list) will you seek a facilitator to help get a team or individuals back on track, I will provide a non-judgmental, positive and celebratory approach to the learning.
