Medical Director on my 2-day leadership programme
facilitated A2 day workshop for the senior medical leadership in our trust. He understood the brief for the workshop deeply and developed a really clear programme to map to the development objectives, checking in on a number of occasions to make sure it would meet expectations. The sessions with enthusiasm, wisdom and always kept focus on what we were trying to achieve. He used a number of different coaching styles over the two days and adapted really well as the content unfolded. We are planning further sessions with village within our organisation in future.
